Your Responsibilities

You think it’s time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as

/ Supporting the HR Business Partner Team in key processes

/ Managing the full life-cycle business partnership functions (i.e. workforce management, department hr processes, regular reporting, hr analytics, orientation agenda for new comers and supporting process, SAP updates etc. )

/ Workforce reporting of monthly & quarterly HR reports

/ Supporting the end to end Talent Management processes

/ Becoming a part of HR Business Partnership Team – you will have a chance to learn about business partner processes & employee life cycle within the organization

Your Profile

/ Ability to come at least 3 days in a week

/ Good verbal and written English communication skills

/ Aim to have a career in HR Department,

/ Good knowledge of MS Office (especially excel)

/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative and good team player
