We are seeking a Planning and Reporting Chief to be assigned to a large-scale logistics warehouse project at Assan Yapı, a company active in residential, mixed-use, logistics and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update Level-5 detailed schedules covering pre-construction and construction phases, including 3,000+ activities, fully resource- and cost-loaded
Perform project progress analysis and reporting using Primavera P6, MS Office, MS Project and reporting tools
Develop and standardize Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Activity Codes for all project stakeholders
Manage planning activities for multi-disciplinary projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, warehouse, infrastructure and utility developments
Monitor progress against the approved baseline programme and manage schedule updates with proper justification and documentation
Prepare and maintain planning, programming and progress reports aligned with overall project objectives
Establish and manage daily, weekly and monthly reporting systems for the Client, Head Office and Project Management
Conduct resource planning, productivity analysis and resource optimization
Prepare monthly progress presentations highlighting risk areas, productivity trends and performance indicators
Monitor subcontractor performance and prepare formal correspondence and notices related to planning non-compliance and schedule deviations
Prepare and update project cash flow forecasts based on cost-loaded schedules
Develop productivity reports, completion forecasts and delay analyses
Prepare substantiated documentation for delay, disruption and Extension of Time (EoT) claims
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Master’s degree in Project / Construction Management is an advantage
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Office and MS Project
International / GCC project experience is preferred
