What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Lead - Media Excellence who will join our team at Marketing Analytics & Transformation Directorate in Beko Corporate.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive media excellence framework encompassing best practices for media planning, buying, execution, and measurement across all channels (e.g., digital, traditional, social),
Design and execute regular media audits to assess campaign performance, compliance with contracts and best practices, and identify areas for improvement. This includes analyzing media spend, performance metrics, and contractual agreements,
Analyze media performance data, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns and maximizing ROI. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs),
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance media planning, buying, and execution efficiency. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for media-related activities,
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on media best practices, audit procedures, and performance analysis techniques,
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices to ensure our media strategies remain innovative and effective,
Contribute to the development and management of media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment,
Ensure all media activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines,
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HQ and regional marketing, purchasing and media teams, to achieve business objectives.
The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
Bachelors degree in Formal Sciences (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer sciences etc) or Social / Natural Sciences (Communications, Economics, Sociology, Engineering, Marketing etc) or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and/or auditing, preferably with a focus on digital media in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of media platforms, digital and traditional media channels.
Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in media performance tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
