So, what responsibilities does the After Sales Services Leader take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?
To determine the annual number of services, turnover, and profitability targets in line with the company policies and targets and create an annual business plan.
Establishing and implementing strategies to achieve the objectives
Within the framework of the business plan, to check the compliance of the service expenses with the budget and to manage the resources effectively
To determine the annual investment plans of the service and to ensure its implementation
Carrying out improvement activities to increase workshop efficiency
Planning and implementing activities to gain new customers
What are the Required Qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments, preferably Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years (3 years managerial) experience in the automotive industry
Have managerial skills
Have technical knowledge about after-sales service
Strong communication, representation and persuasion skills
Able to think analytically and build systems
Driving license is a must
