What are the qualifications to join PwC Türkiye new graduate recruitment process?
Either a currently enrolled 4th grade student or a new graduate from a reputable university with a degree in in the fields of faculty of economics and administrative sciences, and mathematics or Engineering (master’s degree is a plus)
Maximum 1 year of professional work experience
Advance level of English both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
Results orientation, initiative, commitment, and motivation
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communications skills, assertiveness, flexibility, and mobility
Convincing personality and a desire to work in an international business environment
To work in accountancy related departments (Audit, etc.) and later become a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM), candidates must have a degree from a Faculty of Business or a Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (IIBF)
If you don’t have this degree, you must either:
Complete a master’s in Business Administration or a related field (e.g., MBA)
Obtain a bachelor's degree through Open Education in Business or IIBF
