What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead - Leadership & Culture who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate in Beko Corporate.
Translate leaders needs into scalable, practical solutions aligned with the Beko Culture Code,
Contribute to the roadmap and priorities of leader-facing culture and employee experience solutions in line with Bekos talent and people experience strategy,
Design and facilitate interactive workshops, leadership team sessions, and group engagements using strong facilitation approaches,
Support leaders in embedding employee experience and culture principles into everyday leadership practices,
Collaborate with Talent Management processes, including succession and assessment, through experience-based interventions,
Partner closely with global HR, L&D, and key stakeholders to co-create and implement initiatives,
Track trends in culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours, adapting relevant insights to the organization,
Manage initiatives end-to-end with a strong focus on impact, collaboration, and consistency.
The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
Bachelors Degree in related fields.
8-10 years of experience in culture, employee experience, leadership development within corporate and/or consulting environments (HRBP experience is a plus).
Proven experience designing and delivering leader-facing solutions and interventions in global and multicultural organizations.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, challenge, and guide leadership teams.
Experience in coaching and/or mentoring leaders.
Solid understanding of culture, leadership behaviours, and the broader people development ecosystem.
Strong project leadership experience, including working with internal and external partners.
Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across functions and geographies.
Ability to operate independently while contributing to a wider team agenda.
Structured, organized, and results-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through.
Comfortable leading initiatives through influence.
Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic and complex environments.
Curious mindset with a strong openness to learning and new perspectives.
