QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering

Willing to be developed in Toyota Production System and Equipment Design & Manufacturing.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy.

Excellent command of English.

Good knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferable to be capable of design & analysis tools (e.g. : Catia, Solidworks, Ansys etc.)

Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

No restriction for frequent travel (short and long termed) in and out of Türkiye

Willing to live in Kocaeli and Sakarya

Job Description:

Successful candidate will be employed in VPE & System Development Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme. Main responsibility area will be management of new /modified equipments / lines for new projects in Toyota Plants located in Türkiye and Europe.

New equipment / line spec sheet preparation

Management of new equipment design / manufacturing steps at local (Türkiye / Europe) equipment makers

Bid document preparation and actual job management for installation at Toyota Plants located in Türkiye and Europe

Quality confirmations in new vehicle projects
