Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the company’s short, mid, and long-term financial strategyManage relationships with banks, leasing and factoring companies, and Eximbank; secure and maintain credit lines and cost-effective financing solutionsOversee cash flow management, ensuring strong control over receivables and payablesManage FX exposure and develop effective strategies to mitigate currency risksAnalyse and optimise cost structures across the full value chain, from raw materials to production, logistics, and salesEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)Take an active role in export operations, customs processes, and international trade financeOversee VAT refund processes, export incentives, and government support schemesProvide clear, actionable financial insights and reporting to senior managementLead, develop, and motivate the finance team Promote strong corporate governance, transparency, and ethical financial practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within manufacturing and/or textilesStrong background in banking relationships, financial institutions, and trade financeSolid knowledge of IFRS and TFRS reporting standards Experience in FX risk management and financial instruments Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing finance Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Calm and solution-oriented approach under pressure Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset Fluency in English
