Senior Specialist - Payroll

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Payroll join our team at Accounting - HQ Directorate in Beko Corporate.
Payroll, personnel affairs, wage accrual, and incentive practices,
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security legislation, income tax practices, and other related legal regulations,
End-to-end management of payroll and employee benefits processes,
Prepare and follow up on correspondences with relevant official institutions and stakeholders,
Control and approve onboarding and offboarding processes,
Take an active role in system development projects aimed at the digitalization and automation of manual processes.
The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering departments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP.
Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
Experience of operating in multi-functional teams.
