What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead - Legal Counsel - Commercial who will join our team at Legal & Compliance Directorate in Beko Corporate.
Provide research, counsel, and guidance on legal questions or issues of bussiness units,
Preparation and review of contracts and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters to protect the organizations legal and business interests,
Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.
The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.
How do we describe the perfect match?
Bachelors Degree in Law,
Minimum 8 years of experience in a reputable law firm or a national/multinational company,
Experienced in Commercial Law, Consumer Law, IP Law and Law of Obligations,
Working independently on assigned legal projects,
Excellent verbal and written skills and excellent command of legal terminology in English.
